Art What is it Worth in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Some will say it is too high , others too low.

Others whatever you can get someone to pay. It is food for thought as it is the ?????? of importance to the seller and the buyer. THEREFORE THE STARVING ARTIST is a real person with Real bills to pay and in hopes of getting REAL $$$$$$$$$$ for the art piece.

Most artists know that only a few get rich with art (while they are living )

For myself and the artists I know it is a combination of time, and supplies. What is your time worth etc.? An art work can take hours, days, weeks or months of continuous adding , taking away , polishing and finishing before it is considered A FINISHED WORK. I think most agree that at least a minimum of the legal hourly wage according to province, state etc. is a reasonable price plus supplies . Of course it is the buyer who really decides and controls the price. If you really like it and pay the going price then that is the ultimate appreciation of art work.
